Shelby Ellen Wilson

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Shelby Ellen Wilson, age 26. Shelby was a beloved daughter, mother, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Shelby was an avid softball player and devoted mother. She loved spending time with her family, especially at the lake. She was a joyful person, and her bright spirit will be remembered by all who were blessed to have known her.

She leaves behind a beautiful daughter, Kinsleigh, who just turned 3; her parents, Carrie and Andrew Wilson; her grandparents, Paul and Mary Cook, Mary Wilson, and Doug and Dana Wilson; Aunt, Amy and Uncle, Brian, with cousins Tristan, Alexis, and SamuelStroud; Uncle Geof Cook, and cousins, Christopher Cook and husband Brice Turner, and Collin and wife Jazmin Cook; two dogs, Oliver and Brody; as well as numerous close friends.

Visitation will be held at New Hope Funeral Home located at 500 US Highway 80 E, Sunnyvale, Texas 75182 from 6 – 8 p.m. on Tuesday, January 24, 2023. A celebration of Shelby’s life will be held the following day, January 25, 2023 at 2 p.m. at New Hope Funeral Home, as well. All who knew her are welcome to attend and share their memories.

Shelby’s memory will live on through the lives of those she touched, and she will be forever missed.
