Kathryn L. Rike

Kathryn Lynette Rike (Byron) was born on October 16, 1957, in Dallas, Texas to Thelma Louise Ash and Valgene Byron and passed away peacefully August 15, 2022, at the age of 64. She is preceded in death by her mother Thelma Louise Ash, her father Valgene Byron, and her sister Rebecca Smith (Byron).

She is survived by her son David Anthony Bustos, her daughter Misti Dawn Rike and her grandson Mateo Luka Guillen.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 -2:00 pm New Hope Funeral Home

Funeral Service will be held from 2:00 pm -3:00 pm New Hope Funeral Home.

Interment will follow at Grove Hill Memorial Park 3920 Samuell Blvd. Dallas,Tx

God saw you getting tired,

When a cure was not to be.

So He wrapped his arms around you,

and whispered, "come to me."

You didn't deserve what you went through,

So He gave you rest.

And when I saw you sleeping,

So peaceful and free from pain
