Frank was born in Honolulu, Hawaii to Leland and Marion Hansen.He has three siblings, Chris, Greg and Nancy.He grew up in Garland, Texas and graduated in 1983 from Lakeview Centennial High School.Frank worked for the City of Garland in the Parks Department for 5 years and worked part-time for Kohl's Department Store for the past 7 years.He enjoyed his job with the City of Garland since he was able to work outside and in a city that was very familiar to him. He was an avid sports fan and was deeply devoted to the Green Bay Packers and the Texas Rangers.He had an extensive collection of baseball cards.He was passionate about everything he was involved in.He loved heavy metal and rock music especially Pantera, Def Leppard and Rush.His family could not believe his good fortune; he was always winning various Texas Rangers sponsored contests. He worshipped his two nieces and nephew, Shelbi, Audrey and Brandon and his "unofficial" nieces Alexis and Ashton.He was dedicated to his nieces and nephew and always attended their school functions and sporting events. All of his family and friends are a peace knowing that Frank is in heaven playing with his beloved companion and best friend, Chopin. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday February 4, 2008 from 6:00PM - 8:00PM. No service.
