Stokley, Winnie of Mesquite, born February 16, 1912, passed away February 28, 2009. Preceded in death by husband of 29 years, Willie (Bill) Stokley; first husband, Oval Grady Proctor; five sisters, 3 brothers. Survived by daughter, Wanda Fox & husband, Nelson; brothers, Murl Moore and Boyd Moore; sister, Ethel Waddel of Odessa, TX; numerous nieces & nephews. Service will be 11:00AM Tuesday March 3, 2009 at Emmanuel Pentecostal Church, 1200 Poplar Dr., Mesquite, TX. 75149. Visitation will be Monday evening at the funeral home from 6:00PM " 8:00PM.
