William Dee Vance

William (Bill) D Vance was born July 22, 1941 and he went to his heavenly home June 4, 2016. He passed from complications with pneumonia at the age of 74. His place of birth was South Gate (Los Angeles County), CA. He spent his early years in Orange County, CA, his teen years in Aurora, Co and resided in Rowlett, Texas at the time of his passing. He was employed for many years as a Wholesale Apparel Rep at the Apparel Mart in Dallas, Texas. He transitioned into designing and remodeling showrooms as part of his career. He married his best friend and love, Beverly A Vance on September 17, 1994 after they met in church where God brought them together. They resided in Rowlett, Texas, later in Terrell, Texas and then again settled in Rowlett, Texas. They are active and committed to the Harbor Church in Rockwall, Texas. Bill is survived by his wife of 22years, Beverly Vance, his children David Vance, Chris and wife, Leslie Vance and Tiffany and husband, Ben Johnson. Bill and Beverly’s blended family also consisted of three step-children Carley and husband, Phillip Turner, Christie Moore and Michael and wife, Stephanie Moore. Bill was an adoring and loving grandfather. He is survived by his grandchildren Elizabeth Vance, Catherine Vance, Nicholas Vance, Hannah Vance, Emily Vance, Sophie Morgan, Elle Morgan, Noah Johnson, Carter Moore, Grace Moore and Kendall Turner. Bill is preceded in death by his parents Margaret Elizabeth and Claude D Vance and his brother Steve Vance. Bill will be greatly missed but we rejoice that he is celebrating with his Lord and Savior and has been healed.
