William Newton Mullins

William Newton Mullins was born May 4, 1936 in Hobbs NM. Bill grew up in Lubbock TX, before settling and starting a family in Longview TX. Bill moved his family to Carrollton TX in the mid 70s. Bill stayed in the DFW area for the remainder of his life before finally passing August 20th 2017 at 81 years of age, after a long battle with dementia. Bill is preceded in death by his Father John, Mother Frances (Payne), sisters Jo, & Jeanine and brother Roy. Bill is survived by Wife Rebecca (Banks), sons David & Lance, and daughter Lisa, with 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Family will receive friends Friday, August 25th from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at New Hope Funeral Home, Sunnyvale, Texas.Funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, August 26th at 3:00pm.
