Preceded in death by parents, William Leonard Mayfield, Madie Edith Badgett, brothers, Olie, Albert, William Cecil; sisters, Jeanette Hill, Mary Largent, Helen Dunn, Rosalee Baker, Faye Canida; wife, Elsie Mae Mayfield. Survived by children, Robert Mayfield, Becky Watkins, Bill Mayfield; grandchildren, Leslie Watkins, Jennifer Soto, Rachel Mayfield, Sara Mayfield; great grandchildren, Landon Watkins, Jenniel Soto, Brianna Soto; numerous nieces and nephews. Service will be 1:00PM Tuesday April 1, 2014. at New Hope Funeral Home, 500 E. Hwy. 80, Sunnyvale, TX. 75182. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday evening from 5:00PM -7:00PM. Interment will be in Grove Hill Memorial Park, Dallas, TX.
