Survived by wife of 43 years, Helen Lovenia Mayer; children, Bill Mayer, Shannon Mansfield, Ray Mansfield, Cody Mayer; grandchildren, Brandon Mansfield, Michael Mansfield, Sean Mansfield, Kyleigh Mayer, CJ Mayer, AJ Chisenhall, Christopher and Sadie Mayer; brother, Eugene Mayer; sister, Betty Asbill.Others,"Inherited sons", James Murphy, Derek Fernau, Shawn Garretson, Gordon Kirk, Brad Kralik, Tim Addington, and TJ Minyard. Service will be 2:00PM Tuesday May 27, 2014 at New Hope Funeral Home, 500 E. Hwy. 80, Sunnyvale, TX. 75182. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday evening from 5:00PM - 7:00PM. Interment will be in Grove Hill Memorial Park, Dallas, TX.
