Warren Franklin Hewitt

HEWITT, JR., Warren Frank of Mesquite, born December 4, 1942, in Philadelphia, PA., went to be with the Lord on August 12, 2013. He graduated from University of Southern Ilinois in 1963 growing up in the Chicago area.Moving to Texas in the late 60's.He started his law enforcement career with Balch Springs Police Dept. in January 1, 1978 to Novemer 26, 1985.He changed to Dallas County Constables November 26, 1985, retiring February 27, 2009. Survived by wife of 43 years, Phoncille "Foncie" Hewitt of Mesquite, TX.; daughter, Michelle Stewart of Seagoville, TX. Memorial service will be held 2:00PM Sunday August 18, 2013 at New Hope Funeral Home, 500 E. Hwy. 80, Sunnyvale, Texas 75182.
