COOPER, JR., Walter R. of Irving, born January 15, 1930 passed away February 4, 2006. Preceded in death by parents, Walter & Myrtle Cooper; brothers, Loyd, David & Kenneth Cooper; sister, Gladys Cooper and former wife, Nellie Cooper. Survived by son, Gary Cooper & wife, Sandy; grandchildren, Jeremy & Jennifer Cooper; longtime companion, Carmie Daily; brother, Harlan Cooper & wife, Doris; numerous other relatives and friends. He was a life long truck driver who enjoyed traveling the United States and enjoyed meeting people.In March 2003 he met Jesus and is now traveling the streets of heaven. Service will be 10:30AM Thursday February 9, 2006 at the First Baptist Church of Sunnyvale, 3018 N. Belt Line Rd., Sunnyvale, TX. Graveside service will be 3:00PM Thursday at the Sulphur Springs City Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday at the funeral home from 4:00PM - 6:30PM.
