Virginia Ann Reyes

Virginia "Grandma Jeanie" Ann Reyes was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She lost her battle with cancer on August 12 2023 at age 58.

She was born in Talihina, Oklahoma to Sue Ann Mitchell on July 1, 1965. After graduating at North Dallas High School she married and is survived by her husband Antonio Reyes, two sons Tony and Robert Reyes, 8 grandchildren, sister, nieces, and nephews. She is preceded in death by her mother, uncle and brother.

Jeanie loved spending time with her family and cooking for them. She was a lover of all animals and opened her home to any stray. She loved sharing stories of her childhood, watching movies, and spending time with her grandchildren. She loved her job at Baylor Heart Hospital of Plano and all her coworkers. She loved and will be missed dearly by everyone.

Viewing and Funeral services will be held at New Hope Funeral Home, 500 US Highway 80 E., Sunnyvale, Texas 75182.

Viewing -Friday August 18, 2023 from 6pm-8pm

Funeral services - Saturday August 19, 2023 at 10am.
