Victor Angelo Muzzarelli

MUZZARELLI, Victor of Forney, born August 26, 1926, in Bureau, Illinois, passed away September 3, 2006. Preceded in death by wife, Carolyn Muzzarelli. Survived by daughters, Angela Muzzarelli, Mary Flenghi & husband, Tom; son, Jim Muzzarelli; brothers, Anthony Muzzarelli & wife, Betty, Louis Muzzarelli; sister, Virginia Ciboroski; granddaughter, Amanda Flenghi; grandson, Craig Flenghi. Vick was in the alcohol beverage industry for over 45 years beginning with Jax's, then Lone Star and one of the original employees of Willow Distribution (Coors) where he was the Vice President of Sales. A veteran of WWII, he was a member of the Iwo Jima Survivor Association. Vick was a Commander of the VFW Post # 9410 in Illinois and # 9180 in Forney, TX.He was formerly on the Board of Directors of the Dallas Professional Salesman and earned the distinguished Salesman of the Year Award.Vick was on the East Texas State University Marketing Advisory Board.He was on the Board of Directors for the Love For Kids Organization for 30 years.He was a life member of the Mesquite Elks Lodge # 2404 and numerous other organizations. Service will be 10:00AM Thursday September 7, 2006 at the St. Bernard Catholic Church, 1404 Old Gate Ln., Dallas, TX. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday evening from 6:00PM - 8:00PM
