Tina B. Cobb of Dallas, born September 22, 1925, passed away March 23, 2016. Preceded in death by husband of 60 years, Odean J. Cobb. Survived by children, Julie L. Oakes, Dean J. Cobb, Janet R. Ewing; son-in-law, Phillip L. Oakes; William R. Ewing; grandchildren, Michele Smartt, Stephanie Maxtone-Graham, Nicole Clemins, Laura Roebuck, Jeremy Cobb; great grandchildren, Jonathan Smartt, Jordon Smartt, Jesse Smartt, Lucas Maxtone Graham, Nicholas Maxtone Graham, Maximilian Clemins, Hadley Cobb, John Thomas Cobb. The family would like a moment to give a very special acknowledgment and honor Dr. Philip Oakes and Mr. William Ewing.These two extraordinary men of great character stepped into the collective head patriarch role without hesitation after Tina’s beloved, Odean, passed away.Their willingness to be at her side, ensure she was well provided for, offer kindness, patience, strength and guidance, with steadfast loyalty is a gift beyond measure.We thank you for your devotion and love to Tina, as a Mom, as a Grandma, and as a Great Grandma as well as to your children.
