Thongsavanh Phasirath

Thongsavanh “Annie” Phasirath passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by devoted family by her side in Terrell, TX, on January 12, 2021. She was a loving partner, daughter, mother, grandmother, and friend and will be greatly missed.  

Thongsavanh is preceded in death by her father, Khenechan Phounsavath. She is survived by her life partner, Billy Brown; her daughter, Ratsamy Dee Muniz; son-in-law, Jose I. Muniz; her 2 grandchildren: Dean A. Muniz, Dylan I. Muniz. Thongsavanh was a loving daughter to Soy Phounsavath and was the oldest of 10 siblings. Seven brothers: Kamphanh Phounsavath, Chansamone Phounsavath, Joey Phounsavath, Tom Phounsavath, Nick Phounsavath, Mike Phounsavath, and Jim Phounsavath. Three sisters: Chanpheng Deuanxayasane, Nancy Myers, and Sue Phounsavath. Her brother-in-laws are Ounkham Deuanxayasane and Ben Myers. Her sister-in-laws are Lasoy Phounsavath, Lita Phounsavath, and Candy Phounsavath. Her nieces are Gabriella Gonzalez, Jasmin Phounsavath, Cammi Phounsavath, Ariza Phounsavath, Ariya Phounsavath, and Kaitlin Phounsavath. Her nephews are Blake Mak, Tristan Terry, Austin Terry, Corbin Gonzalez, Keiran Phounsavath, Liam Phounsavath, Kyler Phounsavath, and Laozen Phounsavath.
