Brooks Arriaga of Whitney, TX; grandchildren, Artamio Arriaga of Whitney, TX., Amanda Arriaga of Grandview, TX., Nia Arriaga of Grandview, TX., Kayla Arriaga of Victoria, TX; brother, Bobby Brooks of Salisbury, N.C., Linda Brooks Martin of Lumberton, N.C. Family will receive friends at New Hope Funeral Home Monday evening from 6:00PM to 8:00PM. Interment will be in Raeford Cemetery, Raeford, North Carolina.
