Terry Joe Gibbons

Terry Joe Gibbons was born in Dallas Texas on November 11, 1959 to Joe and Fay Gibbons. On March 21, 2023 he left his temporary home here on earth to join his Heavenly Father and his parents in eternal glory.

Terry is survived by his wife of 39 years Mary Ann Gibbons of whom he loved so very much, and their children Leslie Smith and husband Chris, Melissa Burch and husband Jason, Jordan Gibbons and wife Peyton and Jacob Gibbons and wife Ashley along with 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, and his sister Daisy Cook and family.

To say Terry was blessed would be a huge understatment! He was a light when he walked in the room and his silliness was contagious to all he was around. His love for sports and the Dallas Cowboys will be forever one of a kind. Terry taught his children and grandchildren how to laugh and cut up! He taught them how to be light hearted, love music and enjoy the moment. He showed the love of Christ in a way that was genuine and obvious. He loved deeply. He will be missed by everyone that knew him. We are all comforted because this is not the end, only the beginning of eternity with Jesus! We are glad we know where he is and we will meet again to hang out with him in perfection forever!!
