Survived by wife of 19 years, Stephanie Duckworth; children, Garrett Duckworth & Tiffany, Steven Duckworth & Jaime, Justin Duckworth; grandchildren, Dalton, Payton, Carmen, & Baby-to-be; parents, Johnny Duckworth; step-mom, Gracie Duckworth; mom, Hope Duckworth; grandparents, Ressie Duckworth, Esperanza Cortez; brothers, John, Leonard & Ricky; sister, Gina Duncan and husband Ray; nephews & nieces, Dusty, Preston, William, Alyssa, Sommer and Haley. Service will be 1:00PM Wednesday June 10, 2009 at New Hope Funeral Home. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday evening from 6:00PM - 8:00PM.
