Stephen "Lurch" Anderson was born October 17, 1957 in Dallas, Texas and passed away on January 16, 2005. He attended Mesquite Schools.Stephen was a world renowned tatoo artist, owner of Custom Dreams Tatoos by Lurch and a chef at Dallas Affairs.He loved to listen and play the harmonica for rhythm and blues. He was preceeded in death by his mother, Colleen Anderson, and Megan Davis, granddaughter. He is survived by his father, Ralph Anderson; sister, Cathy Dunn; brother-in-law, Ken Dunn; ex-wife and friend of 25 years, Linda Vanduyse; wife, Carol Dierking; three step children , Darrell Walsh, Jerry Walsh and Mary Davis; Godson, Jason Ardeneaux and "Doc" to many; 1 nephew and 2 nieces. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Heart Association in memory of his granddaughter Megan Davis. A memorial service for Mr. Anderson will be held at the Eastridge Park Christian Church, 2701 Town East Blvd., Mesquite, at 11:00 AM on Thursday.
