Shirley Ann Heathcock Dunn

Shirley Ann Heathcock Dunn August 16, 1934 - October 20, 2011 Known as G-Mama to all that knew her. She was the strength of the family & loved her family deeply. To her grandchildren & great-grandchildren she was the greatest ! Her passion was to shop, shop, shop!! She worked for the Locker Room for 25 years off Lovers Lane & then worked for the Postal Service for 5 years. Shirley was preceded in death byparents: Jesse James Heathcock & Lessie Fay Loving Shawver; sister: Bette Guice Voces; son: Brett Curtis Dunn; grandson: Brett Curtis Dunn II. She is survived bychildren: daughters: Rhonda Dunn-Roppolo & Darla Dunn-Ellis; grandchildren: grandsons: Patrick Roppolo, Jarrod Roppolo, Ralf Ellis, granddaughters: April Roppolo-Stovall & Lacey Ellis; great grandchildren: Jonathon, Brett, Baylee, Jayde, Alonna, Tripp, Daniel, Sage & Kayelyn; brother: Gary James Heathcock; several cousins, nices & nephews. Family will recieve friends on Friday, October 21st from 6pm - 8pm at New Hope Funeral Home, Sunnyvale, TX. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 22nd at 2pm at the funeral home. Interment at Grove Hill Memorial Park, Dallas, TX.
