ROSENBLOOM, Sheldon S. (Shelly) of Mesquite, born April 23, 1942, passed away October 11, 2007. He drove to California from Detroit at the age of 16; sold his books to go to college, attained a bachelor's degree in psychology and a doctor of Chriropractic degree; owned a children's pre-school for 10 years.He also attained and practiced licensed nursing for a number of years.He enjoyed bridge, bowling, going to the lake, mountain road trips, target shooting, counted his pennies and established a retirement in real estate.Always worked hard and took care of his family. Preceded in death by father, Leon Michael Rosenbloom; mother, Ethel Stovak Rosenbloom; step-father, Morris Jacobs, son, Glenn Rosenbloom; wife of 35 years, Gail Lipton Rosenbloom. Survived by wife of 5 years, Carol Rosenbloom; children, Michelle & Terran Reneau, Howard Redwine, Daniel & Maria Redwine, Joseph & Anne Redwine, JoAnna Redwine; grandchildren, Bryan, Rachel, Sarah, Benjamin, Abigail, Madeline Reneau, Brian Redwine, Andrew Redwine, Rudy Mitchell, Lluvia Redwine; great grandchild, Christina Reneau; others, John & Lillian Beck, Benjamin & Frances Lipton, Marvin & Doris Reneau. Graveside service will be 1:00PM Tuesday October 16, 2007 at the Temple Emanu-El Cemetery, in Dallas. Family visitation will be at the funeral home Monday evening from 6:00PM - 8:00PM.
