Sharon Lee (Mimi) Dobson

Sharon Lee Dobson (Mimi), 76, passed away on August 2, 2022, from complications due to Alzheimer’s disease. Through her battle she never lost her memory and love for her family. As a wife, mother, and grandmother to her family and the children of the neighborhood her legacy will live on through the lives she impacted. Sharon lived a full life where she was able to explore her passions for the outdoors as she fished, hunted, hiked, and skied with her friends and family. Sharon also loved to travel the world with her husband Bob, and together they were able to visit 5 continents.

Sharon now joins her mother Imogene Reynolds, father Billy Murawski, brother Danny Dennington, and sister Betsy Conn in our Father’s eternal kingdom where she will be cheering on her beloved Dallas Stars. Sharon is survived by her husband Bobby Dobson, sons Damon Dobson and Richard Dobson, daughters-in-law Sandra Dobson and Robin Dobson, and grandchildren Seth Dobson, Shelby Dobson, and Theodore Berry.

Sharon’s memorial service will be held on Saturday August 13, 2022, at 10AM at the New Hope Funeral Home (500 US-80, Sunnyvale, TX 75182). with a short reception following. The family asks that in lieu of flowers please donate in her name to the Alzheimer Foundation
