Selma Walker

Selma Vines Walker,beloved mother, grandmother and sister passed away January 21, 2016 due to organ failure. Selma was an active member of Galloway Avenue Baptist Church and worked for Mesquite Memorial Hospital for 34 years where she retired. Preceded in death by mother Eunice Dingler and siblings Billy Vines, Ray Vines and Iona English. Survived by son Royal Brian Walker, daughter Sharon Walker Spence, grandsons Dakota Spence, Cameron Spence, Matthew Spence, sisters Pauline Flynn and Margie Smith and numerous other family members. Viewing will be Monday, January 25th from 5:00 PM- 7:00 PM and the funeral service will be Tuesday, January 26th at 2:00 PM both at New Hope Funeral Home with internment to follow at New Hope Memorial Gardens.
