Rychel Diane Stockinger, 46, of Dallas, passed away Saturday, August 23, 2014, at Doctor’s Hospital of White Rock Lake. She was born May 26th, 1968, in Fort Worth, Texas, to parents Wesley Brannan and Patricia Page Brannan. Rychel graduated from Sparks High School in Sparks, Nevada with the class of 1986. Recently she was working to earn a bachelor’s degree at Kaplan University to further her education. She enjoyed music, reading, making candles and various crafts, and spending time with her family, children, and friends. Rychel was loved by many friends who remember her as a strong, independent, outspoken person that cared for others.She realized that family can include those not always born of blood but of spirit. Although she tried to hide her caring and sensitive side, her family and friends could see the depth of her spirit behind the wall she projected. The loss of her has deeply affected those that knew her and she will be greatly missed. She is survived by her husband Chaure Clemons of Dallas; four children, Kristina Paige Stockinger and Ryan Eric Stockinger of Mesquite, and Devin Chaure Clemons and Dominic Alexander Clemons of Dallas; her “adopted” daughter Nikki Michelle Truesdell of Mesquite; her mother Patricia (Page) Brannan of Mesquite; a brother, Rance Brannan of Lewisville, Texas; a sister, Marlina Brannan of Arlington, Texas and a niece Kaitlyn Rose Brannan of Garland, Texas. She was preceded in death by her loving father, Wesley Brannan. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 27 at 2:00 p.m. at the New Hope Funeral Home, 500 E. Hwy. 80, Sunnyvale, TX, 75182. Reverends Wesley Vandever and Charles T. Elliott will be co-officiating. Visitation will begin on Tuesday, August 26 at 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home with the family receiving guests until 8:00 p.m. Interment will be in the New Hope Memorial Gardens.
