RADNEY, Ruben Oliver of Mesquite, born February 27, 1919, passed away July 23, 2009. Prececed in death bywife, Beaulah Kate Radney; infant son, Tremon Radney; daughter, Joyce McClain; parents, Pursley and Dora Radney; 3 brothers, and 5 sisters; son-in-law, Bob Lichtenberger. Survived by children, Loretta and her husband, Jerry Stroud of Mesquite; Sue Lichtenberger of Austin; grandchildren, Stacey and husband Keith Johnson of Mesquite, Susan and husband, Rick Foster of Garland, Todd and wife, Laurie Bowden of Austin Texas; great grandchildren, Brad and Sydney Johnson, Jordan and Hunter Foster, Taylor Kate Bowden. Also survived by sisters, Lura Counts of Dallas, Bertha Oglesby of Mineola; numerous nieces and nephews; many other loving family & friends. Services will be at 10:00AM Saturday July 25, 2009 at New Hope Funeral Home, 500 E. Hwy. 80, Sunnyvale, TX. 75182. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday evening, July 24, 2009 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Interment will bein Mountain Peak Cemetery, Waxahachie, TX.
