Ronald J. Dillon

On the morning of May 25, 2015, Ronald J Dillon passed away peacefully at the age of 68 in his home surrounded by loved ones. He was born in Newton, Kansas on August 8, 1946, the second child of Melvin Dillon and Bonnie Moss. Ron served as a US Coast Guard Corpsman from 1964 through 1968. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Theology at Central Bible College in Springfield, Missouri. He is survived by his wife of 32 years Sharon Dillon, children Ronnie Dillon and his spouse Cara, Cherie Rundles and her spouse Kent, Randy Dillon and his spouse Sherry, step-children Shelley Wilson and her fianc Christopher, Diedre Mahaney and her spouse Jeff, Angela Wilson, Kenny Wilson, mother Bonnie Moss, brothers Mickey Dillon, Lennard Dillon and his spouse Georgia, sister Mona Schultz, sixteen grandchildren Cain, Cierra, Dawson, Devon, Donaven, Dylon, Evan, Heather, Josie, Kamren, Keifer, Kyler, Laken, Nolan, Tony, and Tristan, three great-grandchildren Blayden, Kale, and Maddie. He is preceded in death by his father Melvin Dillon, sisters Cherie Dillon, Patricia Dillon and brother Randolph Dillon. Memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 28, 2015, 10:00am at Forney First Baptist Chapel, 1003 College Street (FM 741), Forney, TX 75126.
