Rocky Dale Carroll

Rocky Dale Carroll was born December 8, 1955 and passed away March 30, 2017.He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles M. Carroll and Fae Parr Carroll and his brother, Richard Carroll. Rocky is survived by his wife of 31 years, Kathy Carroll, his daughter, Roxie Ann Smonko and Husband, Matt. He is also survived by his grand children, Kylee Smonko and Everleigh Smonko, his sister, Pat Wood and husband Bob, and too many friends and family to name, but a lot that loved him.
