MANLEY, JR., Robert Joseph "Joe" of Mesquite, born December 15, 1955, passed away May 22, 2005. He loved to hang out with his grandchildren and play; to work in the yard and greenhouse; and to be anywhere his family was.He was a family man. Preceded in death by grandmother, Lavina Mae Humphries; grandfather, Brce Lee Humphries; mother, Pauline H. Whitmire; cousin, Collin Bruce Kratz and aunt, Edna Mae Kratz. Survived by wife, Edna Manley; sister, Cathy & husband, Stuart Burns; son & family, Danny, Lorrie, Dean, Lala & Waunita Hughes; son & family, Franklin, Rebecca, Kelsie & Kacee Hughes; son & family, Kavin, Theresa, Aaron & Lily Hughes; daughter & family, Rhonda, James, Jessica, & Traci Norris; niece, Cerra James & husband, Nicolas; 6 sisters-in-law; 2 brothers-in-law; many other friends and family. Services will be 10:00AM Wednesday May 25, 2005 at New Hope Funeral Home Chapel.Family requested friends come in casual dress. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday evening from 6:00PM - 8:00PM.
