Robert Lee Amos of Rowlett, born October 17, 1948, passed away June 15, 2013. Preceded in death by parents, Joe Bailey Amos and Laura Mae Amos; sisters, Betty Lester, Ruth J. Reese. Survived by wife of 41 years, Donna Gail Amos; children, Lance Amos, Clint Amos; grandchild, Peyton Amos; brothers, Joe, Jim, Stevem, Alvin, David & Bill; sisters, Mary, Dora, Dorothy, Rita, Jennifer; many brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; numerous nieces and nephews. Service will be 10:00AM Wednesday June 19, 2013 at New Hope Funeral Home, 500 E. Hwy. 80, Sunnyvale, TX. 75182. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday evening from 6:00PM - 7:00PM. Interment will be in DFW National Cemetery, Dallas, TX.
