Richard Bruce Carter born December 23, 1947 passed away August 14, 2019. Richard is preceded in death by his parents Bruce Carter and Dorothy Mae (Porter) Carter, his sister Jeanie Rauer (Carter), and his son Charles Carter. Richard is survived by his wife Vicki of 23 years, children; Michael Carter, Bruce Carter, Paul Carter, Johnny Carter, Tiffany Eakin, and Ryan Winters, grandchildren; Kelly Carter, Chris Carter, Atreya Carter, Austin Carter, Justin Carter, Adam Carter, Cody Eakin, Devin Winters, Brenden Winters, Xavier Carter, and Kobie Carter, three great grandchildren; Dax, Axel, and Azura, his sister Vodis Shaw, three nieces and nephews, and many adopted loved ones! Our Hero, Husband, Daddy, Papa, Brother, and a Friend to all! His spirit will always be with us, but he will be missed! One Love!
