Randy Davis

Randy Davis born February 7, 1962 passed away on June 21, 2013. Randy has always been larger than life - smart, funny, kind and loving. From faithfully tending to his garden, to adoring his fur-baby Pippa Bevo, and pampering his Mom Rita with his culinary skills,Randy proved every day how much he loved to take care of those he loved. Often stubborn, and always eccentric, Randy never met a stranger and was unknowing of prejudice.He passionately followed his favorite teams through thick and thin - and the recent successes of the Rangers, Mavericks and Longhorns fueled his love of all things sports. And, because Randy always believed the best in people, he loved the Cowboys too. Randy was a true example of love - his mom,sisters, nieces and nephews felt it every day - and his joy only grew when he recently came to know his sons Joshua and Christopher.His heart was filled to learn he had a grandbaby on the way. We are blessed to have a new "Rastafarian Angel" looking over us, and it's by his example that we will live "one love, one life, and we'll get together and feel alright." He was preceded in death by father, Billy Joe Davis. Randy is survived by his children, Joshua Martin Davis, Christopher Don Davis and wife Lindsey; one grandchild on the way; mother, Rita Davis; sisters, Belinda Davis, Debra Davis; nephews, Eric Sullins, Brian Sullins and wife Crystal; great Nephews, Preston and Parker; great nieces, Allison, Aubrey, Emma; beloved dog, Pippa . Memorial service will be 2:00PM Tuesday June 25, 2013 at New Hope Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Creek Crossing Harvest Church 124 W.
