Randall Joe Johnson

Randall Joe Johnson was born on December 25, 1957. His mother always called him her Christmas baby. He passed away on January 5, 2018 at 4:49 p.m. with loved ones around his bedside. Everyone that knew Randall either called him Randy or Big Randy. He was a loving son who would call almost every day to check on his mother. He was a devoted husband that absolutely adored his wife of 11 years. Randy was a caring father that would do anything for his boys and stepdaughters. He was such a proud papa that loved his grandkids so much. He was a dedicated worker for AmeriGas for 12 years, where his younger coworkers said he was their best employee. Randy was one of the nicest guys you would ever meet and he was notorious for his pranks and jokes. He will be truly missed by all of his loved ones, as this world was a better place with him in it. Randy is survived by his wife of 11 years, Dedra Johnson; children: Randy Johnson, Michael Johnson and wife Chelsea; stepchildren: Bobby Langley, Breanna Duke and partner Tim Harmon, Kalyn Duke and partner Michael Walker; grandchildren: Meranda Johnson, Emma Johnson, Sadie Baugus, Kohen Johnson, Ian Johnson, Conner Johnson, Scarlette McKinney, Willow and Elora Duke; parents: Robert and Betty Johnson; brothers: Ricky Johnson and wife Elona, Jessie Johnson, and several half brothers and sisters; many aunts and uncles; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins; good friends and co-workers: Justin Gridley, David Eakin, Ron Wilkerson, Andi Purkins; close friend and workout buddy: Brooke Weeber.
