Ramiro De La Garza

In Loving Memory, Ramiro Pacheco De La Garza July 16, 1931 – January 5, 2020 Ramiro P. De La Garza passed away on January 5, 2020 in Dallas, Texas at the age of 88.Born in Reynosa-Mexico and moved to San Antonio, Texas at the age of 15.Married at the age of 21 to Virginia Medellin where they raised a family and in 1972 moved to Mesquite, Texas. He was a mechanic and later opened his own automotive business in Dallas, Texas where he operated his business until he retired. One of the proudest moments of his life was when he became an American Citizen in April of 1993. He is proceeded in death by his wife: Virginia Medellin De La Garza; his parents: Tomas and Rosa De La Garza; sisters: Esperanza Sanchez, Ninfa Lemos; and brother: Florentino De La Garza. He is survived by his brother: Tomas De La Garza (Naomi) of Pharr, Texas.His 5 children: Virginia Rose Duvall (Mike), Ramiro (Bobby) JR. (Anita), Adela Brown (Allan), David (Kim), Vincent (Sherri), 12 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.Ramiro always said how much he loved his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren equally. Ramiro’s wishes were to be cremated and join his wife of 41 years with our Lord.
