Smith, Philip Anthony born October 15, 1964 passed away on January 31,2015. He is preceded in death by parents, Joseph and Odena Smith; sister, Brenda Stafford. He is survived by wife of 27 years Sandy Smith; children, Nicholas and Katie Smith; brothers, Alvin Ray Smith; sisters, Susan Lee, Cindy Bridges, Debra Kay English; sister-in-law, Pam Smith; brother-in-law, Jerry Lee and Calvin English; and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 7th at 12:00pm- New Hope Funeral Home, Sunnyvale, TX.
