Survived by husband, Ralph Henry Smith; son, Daryl Smith & wife, Carolyn; daughter, Lynette Kuykendall & husband, Jerry; grandchildren, Windi Smith, Lonnie Kuykendall, Dalton Kuykendall, Thomas Kuykendall; brothers, Charles Wakefield, Donnie Wakefield & wife, Thalia; sisters, Martha Sue Blades & Johnny, Wanda Wakefield. Graveside service will 11:00AM Monday September 24, 2007 at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Quinlan, TX.
