Nicholas “Blake” Edwards was born on May 8, 1990 and passed away on May 27, 2019. Blake is survived by his parents: Stephanie Stephens, Les Edwards and Stacey Edwards; brothers: Kyle Byington, Kevin Edwards, Kaeden Edwards, Anthony Rodriguez; sisters: Taylor Stephens, Kristina Edwards; Many uncles and aunts; including first cousins: Aaron Rogers, Whitney Morales, Mitch Hawkins, Shayla Pratt, Cody Duncan; Grandparents: Dian Allen, Joyce Wood, Loren Edwards. Blake is preceded in death by his grandfather Elbert Wayne Clark.
