Survived by: Children: Barbara McKinney and her husband Martin; Mandi Hardwick; Michael Milligan and his wife Denise; and Jeannie Stone and her husband Jim. Grand Children: Michael Lee Milligan and his wife Kim, Jessica Puckett and her husband Mike, Andrew McKinney and his wife Mitzi, Daniel Milligan and his wife Tasha, Christopher Hardwick, Ryan McKinney, Bradley Hardwick, Larry Milligan and his wife Sarah, and Julia Stone. Great Grandchildren: Dirk Milligan, Emma Puckett, and Madison Puckett Numerous family and friends On December 14, 2014, God welcomed Nancy Ellen Parker Milligan into heaven. She was welcomed by her parents and four brothers.She was a Registered Nurse until she retired, and she genuinely loved providing care to others. Above all things, Nancy devoted her life to her family. She loved her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren unconditionally, and they were the most important thing to her. She was the best Mom and Nana anyone could ever ask for.
