Nan Howell

Nan Middlebrook Howell was born in Ethel, Mississippi on February 21, 1930 to Herman and Estelle Middlebrook, the second of four children.She met her future husband, Lowery Howell, in Ethel where they married and began their 61 year marriage on April 18, 1950.They put God first in their lives and loved their church families.Nan and Lowery lived in many different places due to his work but one thing remained constant, their desire to be with their friends and family. Nan loved life and kept involved in activities like playing golf, square dancing, playing cards and just about anything that kept her competitive interests alive.She kept up with her family and her friends both old and new throughout her life and always enjoyed their company. She is survived by her children, Patricia Howell Shelley and her husband Randy and Barry Howell and his wife Tonna.She also left behind her grandchildren, Shane Shelley, Amber Shelley, Brandi Odle, Scott Howell and Rebecca Howell and her great grandchildren, Allison and Rachel Odle.
