NORRIS, Mona Dawn of Garland, born July 14, 1936, passed away May 18, 2010. Preceded in death by parents, William & Clara Scott; brother Richard Scott; grandson, Jeremy Connor. Survived by children, Steven Lomax & wife Marty, Jerri Lomax, Robin Winn & husband, Milton, Denise Vasquez & husband, Carlos, Beth Tylock & husband, Kieven; brother, Buddy & Sue Scott; sister, Mary & Loyd Johnson; 17 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; many other family & friends. Service will be 10:00AM Friday May 21, 2010 at Open Door Baptist Church, 1212 S. Belt Line Rd., Mesquite, TX. 75149. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday evening from 6:00PM " 8:00PM. He's Always There He's always there... To bear the burden, To share the hours, To strengthen the heart.
