Minnie Pearl Honaker, born May 13, 1921 in Dallas, Texas, passed away on April 3, 2008. She was preceded in death by her husband of 32 years, Chester Dennis Honaker; daughter, Judy Marie Chandler in 1992; brothers: Willie Rutledge,and Raymond Rutledge, Sisters: Genevieve Weber and Mary Ella Rutledge. Minnie is survived by daughters: Sharon Melton and husband Joe, Virginia Swint and husband Dennis; son: Dennis Honaker and wife Kathy.Grandchildren: Brandon, Steven, Jarrod, Karen, Casey, Wendy, Russell, andKimberly.She also had 7 great grandchildren.Also survived by brothers: Henry Rutledge and wife Francis; Philmer Rutledge and Dorsey (D.L.) Rutledge and numerous nieces and nephews. Services will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2008 at 12:00 Noon at New Hope Funeral Home, 500 East Hwy 80, Sunnyvale, Texas.
