Michael Jon Schultz

Michael Jon "Mick" Schultz, 42, of Forney, Texas, went on to meet his saviour on July 13, 2012. Born on Dec. 15, 1969, in Flint, MI, to Jon and Connie Schultz. Married on Jan. 9, 1993, to Kay Kincaid, Mick was a loving father to two sons: Austin James "A. J." age 10, and Andrew Daniel "Drew", age 8. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, golfing, travelling, snow skiing, but most of all playing various sports with his sons and coaching his son's football and baseball teams. Mick is survived by his wife, sons, parents, his brother Chuck Schultz and wife Tonya of New Boston, TX; Grandfather Herb Scrivener of Durand, MI; Aunt Judy Thompson of Genoa, IL; Uncle Terry Scrivener and wife Linda of Swartz Creek, MI; Niece Mary Schultz of Mt. Pleasant, TX; Nephew Eric Swinnen and wife Jaylyn of Fayetteville, NC; Niece Katie Chapman and husband Jon, grand-nephew Aiden and grand-niece Kaydence of Longview, TX; and numerous dearly loved cousins in Colorado, Illinois and Michigan. He was preceeded in death by his Nephew Johnny Schultz, Grandmother Lorraine Schultz, Grandmother Margaret Scrivener, Great-Uncle Harold Rhode and Uncle Fred Thompson. The memorial service will be held Saturday, July 21, 2012, at 10:00 am at the New Hope Funeral Home in Sunnyvale, TX.
