Max Ray Wild

Max Wild was born on December 11, 1932 to Oskar and Rosalee Wild in Dallas, Texas and departed this life on September 5, 2016 at the age of 83. He attended and graduated from Forest Ave. High School; was a Veteran serving during the Korean Conflict; and was a member of Lakeside Baptist Church. He was a retiree from Bridgestone/Firestone Tire and Rubber Company. Max is survived by his wife of 37 years, Lois Wild of Mesquite; son, Mark Wild of Mesquite; daughter, Sheri Rell of Gig Harbor, WA; stepson, Randy Smith, of Marble Falls TX; 3 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren, and a number or nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind his beloved pug dog Chin-Chin. Max is preceded in death by his father and mother, Oskar and Rosalee Wild; brother, Rev. Leroy Wild; and sister, Pauline Harville. A viewing will be held from 5:00PM-7:00PM on Wednesday September 7, 2016 at New Hope Funeral Home in Sunnyvale, Texas. Funeral Service will be at 3:00PM on Thursday September 8, 2016 at New Hope Funeral Home with burial to follow on Friday September 9, 2016 at DFW National Cemetery.
