"Katie" Mary Kathleen Melde-Donnelly Reninger

"KATIE" Mary Kathleen Melde-Donnelly Reninger age 46 of Heath, Tx passed away on April 18,2023 in Dallas, Texas after a one year battle with cancer.

Katie was born on May 29, 1976 in LaCrosse, Wisconsin to Michael James Melde and Helen Colette Bolden Melde.

Katie married George Glenn Reninger, the love of her life, on November 18, 2017 in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Katie is survived by her husband, George Reninger; children, son,Kylan Edward Donnelly, daughter, Keelee Capri Donnelly, son, Micah Phillip Reninger, son, Noah David Reninger; parents , Michael James and Helen Colette Melde; sister, Ann Claire Melde-Rahe; brothers, Stephen Michael Melde, Andrew James Melde, Christopher Edward Melde, Mark Francis Melde and Robert Daniel Melde, numerous nieces, nephews and many friends.

Katie graduated from Edgewood College in Madison,WI with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology. She served in the Peace Corp in Morocco where she cared for people with whatever resources were available. Katie adopted two wonderful kids. She had the most important job of pouring herself into her children and her husband.

Katie was a member of Eitz Chaim Messianic Congregation in Plano, Texas. Katie was a great writer. She loved studying the bible. Katie loved the outdoors; especially hiking,camping,and kayaking. she was happiest when she was cooking for and feeding her family and friends.

Pallbearers will be:sons, Kylan E. Donnelly Micah P. Reninger, Noah D. Reninger; brothers, Stephen M. Melde, Andrew J. Melde, Christopher E. Melde, Mark F. Melde and Robert D. Melde.
