POE, Mary Magdalene of Mesquite, born May 9, 1933, in Swifton, Arkansas, passed away December 15, 2004, in Dallas, TX. Mary loved to travel and visit with people; liked to cook and never met a stranger.She always had to have a kiss. Preceded in death by parents, Jess Haskett & Mae Romine Haskett; brother, Bob Haskett; step-mother, Ada Haskett. Survived by husband, Haston C. Poe, Jr.; daughters, Carolyn Wenger, Brenda Rose, Sheila Bullard, Darlene Richardson, Alicia Martin; step-daughter, Linda Smith; brother, Jess Haskett, Jr. sister, Jean Kearby; half-sisters, Becky Robinson, Virginia Robinson; 16 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren. Services will be 1:00PM Friday, December 17, 2004 at the New Hope Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in Restland Memorial Park of Dallas. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday evening from 6:00PM - 8:00PM.
