Mary Beth Busby (Moo-Moo)

Mary Beth (Moo Moo) Busby was born on April 30, 1963.She passed from this life to the hands of God on July 28, 2013 after a hard fought battle with cancer.Mary Beth was the youngest daughter of Rufus Charles and Joyce Louise Rhodes who both preceded her in death. Mary Beth was married to the love of her life, Randy Ray (Poon) Busby for 24 years. Moo and Poon shared a happy life and were the parents of Shawn Ray Busby and Amy De'Shaw.They were blessed with grandchildren Jordan Ray Morgan, who preceded her in death, Justin Morgan, Cameron Busby, Taylor Busby, and Olivia Busby. Moo was loved by her family and friends alike.She left behind two brothers, Charles and wife Diana Rhodes, David (Tony) and wife Misty Rhodes, and two sisters, Vicky Pearce and Carolyn Murrell, along with numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great nephews and countless cousins. Mary Beth spent her life with Randy in and around Mesquite, Texas.She lived life to the fullest.Moo was always the first to be called to plan any family event as none were complete without her peppers and tamales.Through the years she worked off and on with her last employment caring for others.She was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. A memorial service for Mary Beth will be held Friday, August 2, 2013 at the Calvary Baptist Church located at1632 New Market Road, Mesquite, Texas 75149.
