Survived by sons, John Turlington & wife, Janie, Randy Turlington & wife, Ellen; brothers, Jack Phillips, Ronnie & wife, Vicki Lewis; 5 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; numerous other loving family and friends. Service will be 11:00AM Monday, July 3, 2006 at New Hope Funeral Home Chapel.Family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday evening from 5:00PM - 7:00PM.
