SMITH, Margaret E. of Mesquite, born April 12, 1934, passed away May 25, 2005. Margaret lived to put a smile on children's faces.Loving wife and mother to children and children she took in.Strong willed person who constantly fought to live against all odds. Preceded in death by father, Franklin Callahan, mother, Margaret Callahan; sisters, Janet & Noreen; brother, Danny. Survived by husband, Billy Jack Smith; children, Eddie Sheridan, Kenneth Sheridan, Noreen Alders, Ann Sheridan, Tracey Stepler & Paul Reynolds; brothers, Frank Callahan, Thomas Callahan & Bobby Callahan; 14 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; stepchildren, John Tiller, Billy Jack Smith, Jr. and Belinda Guinn. Services will be 12:00 Noon Saturday May 28, 2005 at New Hope Funeral Home Chapel with Larry Middleton officiating. Interment will be 2:00PM in I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Quinlan, TX. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday evening from 6:00PM - 8:00PM.
