Survived by son, Paul Anderson & wife, Lenae; daughter, Kelly Lundgren; step-daughter, Erica & Kevin Berry; step-son, Mathew Underwood; grandchildren, Emma Anderson, Aaron Lundgren, Jr., Kash Lundgren; parents, Ernest & Mildred Canterbury; sisters, Nancy Canterbury, Cathy Slater & husband, David, Kellene Hubbard.
