Lillie Mae Showers of Forney, born June 11, 1919, passed away August 12, 2017. Preceded in death by her first husband, Johnnie Johnson, (killed in World War II). Also preceded in death by second husband of 43 years, John Showers;parents, Joe Henry & Kitty Frances Bice; brothers, Henry Bice, Jr., Quintin Bice and James Ray Bice.Survived by daughter, Rejena Johnson; brother, Floyd Bice, Lee Roy Bice; sisters, Geneva Showers, Jetty Scheulen, Jetty Scheulen; numerous nieces and nephews.Service will be 10:00AM Tuesday August 15, 2017 at First Baptist Church of Forney.Graveside service 11:00AM Wednesday at Eastview Cemetery, Vernon, TX.
