Lillian Dominguez

Lillian Dominguez graduated at 83 years old and went to be with JESUS and her parents.She was the middle of five sisters; Millie, Ileana, ‘Lillian’, Iris and Judy (the youngest).They loved being together and would spontaneously sing praises to JESUS as their father Fernando Dominguez was a preacher and they learned to love JESUS at an early age.After her mother Emila went to Heaven, her father married Julita (the only sweet Grandma I know :-) and their family grew and Mom finally got one brother, Hector and a new baby sister, Emily Ann. Mom’s world evolved around her 4 children; Linda Judith, John Paul, Emily Jean and Lillian Suzan.Then expanded with the Grand + Great grand children.No matter how old we got she still wanted to make sure her ‘kids’ were OK (even her 60 year old baby … me :-) Mom loved going to church and when we had Ladies Loving JESUS Bible studies at home for 15 years she still wanted to ‘serve’ dinner although it was Pot-Luck Blessings buffet :-)She was called “Momma Lilly” because she would greet you with a big smile and a hug yet, give you ‘the eye’ when you needed to straighten up!She was a petite lady at 4’9” but 10’ tall in spirit and it didn’t take long to acknowledge that. Thankfully Mom was surrounded by Linda, John, Emily and Suzan (her four children), Millie and Judy (sisters), Buster and Andy (brother-in-laws), Russ (son-in-love), Pastor Harry Sewell, Pastor Doug and Joanna when she was ushered into the Kingdom of Glory to be with JESUS on 1/7/2016 @ 4:57 PM. Our Precious Mother will be severely missed; no one can fill her little shoes!What a blessing and a peace to know we will see each other again in Heaven because we have Jesus in our heart, and the ‘mother’s heart’ in her would say with her eyes “do you?”
