Leonard is survived by his wife of 59 years Lawanda Phelps; children, Jerry Lynn Phelps, Loretta Whitton & husband Roger, Lisa Palmer & husband Bill; grandchildren, Christopher Phelps, Sydney Palmer, Rayleigh Palmer, Quincy Palmer; brothers, Lawrence Phelps, Lewis Joe Phelps, Leon Phelps, Lonnie Phelps; sisters, Vivian Yates, Dorothy Crawford; numerous nieces & nephews.
